Wedding Dresses Part 2

Lately everyone has been getting married. Maybe its a 2012 thing. Shouting out YOLO, tying the knot, all things associated with the end of the world. Of course I'm not getting married anytime soon. I'm #foreveralone wtf.   But it doesn't mean I can't look at pretty dresses okay.  I posted the ones I looked at: L et Lena, Barbie Bridal, Atelier Aimee, Jill Stuart and Sugar Kei. Which one do you see yourself in?

Dueba Puffy 3-tone Violet

Yay! I was really quick on getting pictures of my new pair lenses and by far one of my favorites.

I bought the Dueba Puffy 3 tone in Violet from thedollyeye.com. It took a week and a half for it to get in my mailbox (which is typical for products coming from Asia) and the packaging was bubblewrapped. I also forgot to mention (in my last post) that thedollyeye.com also gives a free small tube of Missha BB-Cream. I usually just give them away to friends or use it a primer for my makeup.

Item details
Brand : Dueba
Diameter : 14.5mm
Water Content : 38%
Base Curve : 8.6mm
Life Span : 1 year disposal

Color/Design 9/10
I love the vibrant color of the contacts. The color appears just as it does in the stock photo.  The major plus that these contacts can be seen no matter what the lighting is.  However the  pattern on the contacts does wash out a bit once they are on your eyes thus why the score.

Comfort: 10/10

These are the most comfortable contacts I EVER wore.  Honestly, I wore them for a bit over 10 hours and it wasn't until the last couple of minutes I noticed that it was STARTING to feel dry. I never had contacts that felt so good.

Don't wear circle lenses passed 8 hours though. It isn't safe,

Enlargment: 10/10

It is the perfect enlargement for me. Subtle but makes a difference. Doesn't make me look like alien but doesn't look like regular contacts.  Perfection.

                                                    Overall: 9.5

I definitively hope to continue buying in this series.

Now some camwhore I did on my friends phone while she was studying ;)

Natural 3 tone Blue from thedollyeye.com

Sorry for the lack of posts. It seems I keep saying sorry a lot these days but I'll give you guys a little present. A combo review.

A few months ago I bought Eos Natural 3 tone blue from thedollyeye.com. I really liked the store. For starters, it has the best prices in the entire world. No joke. Circle lenses are only 15USD! The shipping takes a week and a half for me because they are centered in Malaysia. That's pretty quick and super affordable. This is now my favorite shop.

Usually I only buy only  Geo brand lenses. Reason being I was super scared of getting bad lenses. I took the risk with buying Eos for the first time because it was cheaper and I really wanted new lenses. I know

>.< bad way of thinking right? So I originally ordered the Puffy 3-tone blue. I changed my order 10 minutes later because I thought those would look too unnatural. *Stings of regret*

Instead  (thanks to their super fast customer service), I bought the Natural 3tone Blue. I thought if it looks anything like this:

I would still be happy.

Actual picture:

And that's natural lighting.  It shows up a little better in fluorescent lighting but not much differently.

Color/ Design: 5/10

The color is really pretty when I look at myself very closely in the mirror but the world doesn't usually notice  that I have blue lenses on until way later. Its too natural. If I didn't want the world to look at my eyes, I wouldn't buy circle lenses. *flips hair like a it girl* I like contacts that are natural but vibrant. These circle lenses got the natural part down but not the vibrant part

Comfort 9/10

Most of the time I can wear them throughout a school day (8 hours) without feeling a thing. Sure, there are days when my eyes are uncomfortable but it only happens after weeks of not wearing contacts.

Enlargement 1/10

Unlike my Geo Nudy Greys (which are the same size) these lenses did not provide any enlargement at all which was very upsetting. *sulks in a corner*  I obviously did not read reviews before buying the circle lenses or else I might of known before hand.

Overall  5/10

These aren't my favorite lenses because they don't show up much but I don't mind wearing them when I'm not in glam mode. If you are looking for natural and non-enlargening contacts, these are definitively for you. Me? Not so much.  My Puffy-3 tone Violet just came in the mail. I think I gave up searching for natural and now I am opting for vibrant.

Me rocking out the contacts.

They aren't really good for photos, they don't show much.

ETC pictures.
I wrote japanese on my arm with NK liquid eyeliner. I applaud anyone who can use a NK liquid eyeliner on their eyelids. It's basically impossible for me. The brush is  too stiff.

In a later post I'll mention my involvement with the local drama club and the stupid things we do for example, climb on top of a concession stand to jump off it for fun.

And the sakura (or at least I think it was sakura) that was blooming in my neighborhood. So pretty lah.

Kim Kardashian?

Guys.... I'm really confused. I can't seem to find out if there is any GOOD thing that Kim Kardashian is famous for. Is it really that the U.S is so sick, that she really became famous over a SEX TAPE.  I mean I get it, her parents are famous but so is Paul McCartney but I didn't here about Jesse McCartney until Jesse started singing. What has Kim really done that out of everyone on the Keepin up With the Kardashians that makes her more famous. If anything, I think Kendall should be the famous one. Kendall is a model, gorgeous, and is contributor to Seventeen Magazine. I think that is amazing for a 16 year old and that actually worth some type of fame. I feel like Kim Kardashian is famous for being famous. Then her reality-tv career is a bunch of bull.

I mean in comparison to Kim, I can really respect Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. Paris at least started off somewhere as a model and had a real career (before the sex tape). Nicole Richie is much better of a role model; she did some college, wrote okayish books that aren't completely about her self asorbed life,  and has good fashion sense. Out of anyone I root for Nicole Richie  as a socialite role model.

Another thing is, I don't see why Kim is known as a "hot" celebrity. She really isn't that pretty in the face, even with the makeup. Actually I think the make-up is what makes her less than gorgeous in my eyes. Bye bye to those spidery bottom lashes and keep the bangs all year round. I think Kim probably would look best as a gyaru.... Lets not go there.... ;). Kim does have a good body shape but it's pretty average for video vixens. I see gorgeous girls with the same body shape as Kim Kardashian. Why are they not famous?

I think out everyone in the Kardashian clan, Kourtney and Rob should be more famous than Kim. Both of them  are college educated, have business ventures, and don't seem as vain and overexposed as Kim. Kourtney even got her start as a reality star, on a charity show. I think I would be more accepting of a star like Kourtney.
